A Church Not Devoid of Challenges

Park Place has faced many challenges over the years yet proudly boasts many great works God has done through this congregation. Countless people celebrate eternity in heaven today as a result of many faithful men and women who have served before. Park Place boasts a laundry list of witnesses sent to the ends of the earth to declare the Gospel of Jesus. Through many pastoral changes and a core of faithful, God-led leaders, the church still stands today.

The congregation has diminished. The church no longer reverberates with the sound of children or bursts of vibrant energy. Yet it remains steadfast in its love for God and trust in him doing things only He can do in our church, city, country, continent and world.

Park Place has a faithful, dedicated core who thrive in friendliness and thrust itself into God’s Word. The church longs for new life and looks to move forward in the power and grace of God. If one considers making Park Place their home, they will have an opportunity to serve and build in a fresh, new way. They can be part of something God breathes new life into for years to come. Though the needs are many, we believe our God remains greater.

If you are looking for a church to serve, if you are seeking a spiritual home where much is made of Jesus, if you want to be part of something bigger than yourself, consider visiting Park Place. You will be accepted. You will be welcomed. You will hear the truth of God’s Word in a loving, compassionate way. You will have opportunities to present your gifts and talents in a revitalization effort led by the Holy Spirit.
